Construction of a luxury holiday bungalow for Mr. Malik Fernando, Director of MJF Group, located in the scenic coastal town of Balapitiya. This project showcases elegant architectural design, premium finishes, and meticulous attention to detail, delivering a serene and sophisticated retreat by the sea.
Poultry Processing Plant
CIC Poultry Farms Ltd.
Design and construction of a state-of-the-art poultry processing facility for CIC Poultry Farms Ltd., including a rendering plant, treatment plant, boiler room, generator room, lab, packing building, staff quarters, bridge, and internal roads. Project executed in collaboration with Arch International (Pvt) Ltd.
Methodist MMV
Dialog Axiata PLC
Construction of an administrative block, classrooms, and canteen for Methodist MMV in Hakmana. Commissioned by Dialog Axiata PLC and overseen by Mr. Ruwan De S Kasiwaththa, District Engineer (Building) – Matara, this project supports the development of modern educational infrastructure.
Maavelavaru Resort, Maldives
Athma Investments (Pvt) Ltd
Development of premium facilities including a bar, coffee shop, swimming pool, lap pool, and wine cellar at Maavelavaru Resort. Commissioned by Athma Investments (Pvt) Ltd and designed by EZRA Architects, Singapore, this project elevates luxury hospitality in the Maldives.
